Pros: I love working at Paycom. Speaking of basic logistics, the benefits are incredible. Health insurance is $1 per pay period. Dental and vision are great too. They offer company stocks at discounted prices. The list can go on. My favorite part, though, is the culture at Paycom. The atmosphere is encouraging and engaging. The teams I work on and with are always doing their best to work and communicate together to provide the best product or service. This is very encouraging for someone who loves to work and is searching for career growth and professional development. The leaders in the company are humble and willing to help anyone who needs it. The leaders of the team seek to help their staff develop through their own talents and gifts. I have only worked at Paycom for 9 months and have grown professionally in ways I never expected. In addition, Paycom is a very ethnically diverse company. There are so many languages, countries, and cultures represented; you can learn about the whole world just by going to work.

Cons: I am very happy with my job at Paycom. I really cannot think of anything that displeases me.

Pros: They provide good benefits and decent pay over time, though it takes a while to get the good pay when you first start.

Cons: It takes years to level up in your position. They are not super transparent when it comes to changes in the company until it is too late to voice your opinion on how it affects you or those around you.

Pros: Great people, great training, and even better in-house activities.

Cons: Not really a con, but I would have appreciated a somewhat hybrid work week.
