I applied online and received a phone call from the recruiter about a week or two later. The unannounced call started with some basic questions about my resume. The recruiter then scheduled my first in-person interview, which took place about a week later. He provided instructions on how to dress, what to say at the front desk, and what to bring.
The day of the interview, I spoke with two members of the development team. They were very friendly and inquired about my past work and technical experience. The interview lasted approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
The recruiter then called to schedule the next interview, this time with the CEO. This interview was scheduled for about a week after the previous one.
Roughly an hour before my interview with the CEO, the recruiter called to inform me to be formally dressed and to have a copy of my resume. The interview with the CEO was quite short, lasting around 5-6 minutes. He asked a few questions and spoke briefly before the interview concluded.
The office was located in a large building with elevators and conference rooms. Most of the staff were formally dressed.
