Pros: A good, nice place to work.

Cons: In Oklahoma City. Not the biggest city in the US.

Pros: Some teams have great people and culture. Healthcare.

Cons: Everyone was told WFH would be permanent multiple times throughout the past two years. This changed two days ago, with some people only getting a month's warning. The communication from upper management is nonexistent. We are expected to work overtime with no extra pay to meet impossible deadlines. Even when the company was fully remote, they refused to pay for anything necessary to do so. The best they would offer was $25 for a camera. When asked about childcare, we were told to "keep Paycom at the center of your decisions."

Pros: Good benefits, but useless organizational values.

Cons: Loads of work Unrecognizable contributions Useless upper management Using employees as sheep
