Process
I spoke to them during our university career fair.
First, I received an email with a link to a technical online test. The test was about PHP, SQL, and object-oriented programming.
A few weeks later, I had a campus interview with Paycom.
A week later, they invited me to come down to their OKC headquarters for a final interview in October and also to attend Tech Night in November.
A week after Tech Night, I got a phone call from a recruiter with an offer.
Questions
What is your favorite Object-Oriented Programming principle?
Write a program that returns the number in the middle of a list.
Write a program that returns only unique characters in a string (e.g., 'aaaabbbc' becomes 'abc').
Describe polymorphism in OOP.

Your ideas are heard irrespective of experience level and are implemented if they prove worthy. Employee interest is valued more than anything before assigning a team, unlike many workplaces where a team is just assigned and the employee has no say in it. The gym benefits, occasional fairs, and recreational events are a cherry on the cake. I totally love my job.Cons: Not exactly a con, but for a person who is used to having a scheduled set of tasks for a typical workday, Paycom would be a tough place to work at. Because a typical workday, like every other growing company, isn't the same every day at Paycom.
