Initially, I had a phone call from the Recruiting Supervisor, who arranged an on-site interview.
I completed two rounds of interviews (Technical and HR) with different Managers from Development before I was offered the job.
Questions
The questions were based on the work I mentioned in the resume. They then focused on the basics of programming principles, testing your knowledge of those principles.

Many leaders reverted promotions to stay sane.
