I first had to complete an online multiple-choice assessment through HackerRank. Then, I was interviewed by an employee and had to solve two easy HackerRank problems. Afterward, I participated in a phone screening and scheduled my final interview. The final interview was behavioral with a software engineer.

Pros: Company seems to really care and gives their interns an excellent experience. Good pay for a non-FAANG internship. Good hands-on experience. Good mentor support and teammate support.

Cons: The amount of interns was huge (probably ~200), it's easy to feel overlooked. Working in a team of other interns is mostly great, but can feel like blind leading the blind.
