Pros: Great if you have no working experience after college. Your immediate team and leaders are great.

Cons: Push unreasonable deadlines, make promises they won’t keep, such as telling the development department that they’d stay working remotely. Management above your direct leader doesn’t care and won’t go to bat for you or your team. Oh, and if you put that you’re available to work on your LinkedIn, you better mean it because they’ll make sure you’re available for work and let you go because of “low performance” without any proof.

Pros: Great team dynamics and training.

Cons: None of any note currently.

Pros: I've learned a lot in my time here. While the job wasn't exactly what I initially expected, I definitely still enjoy it. As it stands right now, there's no micromanagement to deal with. Interns who live too far away to reasonably commute are given a subsidized hotel room. Overall, the company is very interested in us, planning fun events and giving us real work. I commute, so I can't speak to the care the hotel interns receive, but lunch is cheap and generally good. Full-time employees enjoy a pretty generous benefits package, but it isn't offered to interns. Work-life balance is VERY good, at least in my department. As a developer, it can be easy to forget sometimes how flexible people can be with unusual situations or basic problems. Paycom doesn't use excessive policy and actually has policy in place to safeguard employees' time not spent at work.

Cons: Depending on how well they estimated the required time and team membership, your project may be more or less difficult. Also, the traffic getting in and out of Paycom with an 8-5 workday is pretty legendary. Police officers appear to actually hook up to the traffic lights' controllers to manage traffic in the morning, for example.
