Pros: They provide good benefits and decent pay over time, though it takes a while to get the good pay when you first start.
Cons: It takes years to level up in your position. They are not super transparent when it comes to changes in the company until it is too late to voice your opinion on how it affects you or those around you.

Pros: They did have a rec area, snacks, cafeteria, a four-day work-from-home policy, and great benefits.
Cons: They brought everyone back to the office with no notice and also moved all the developers to a smaller building that isn't connected to the core campus at all. Lots of random people were let go after a survey was filled out for WFH satisfaction.
