Company culture Time off Benefits

Cons
  1. Told we would be in the office one day a week at hiring. Less than 90 days later, it was announced we were moving to 50% in office.
  2. Out-of-touch board of directors.
  3. Made to track hours as if you were an hourly employee.
  4. Predatory Dev points system.
Advice to Management

TL and supervisors are good, or at least in my experience, they were. Despite what they preach here, integrity is obviously not a high priority at Paycom. They lied to hundreds of new hires about their hybrid schedule.
