Pros: Work from home, good pay, fantastic benefits, a decently simple job with great work-life balance. Stock grants are fantastic.
Cons: The code is a little old, and downright awful in some modules. I still have to come in one day a week.

Cons: Overwork. Upper management is too reactive and doesn’t allow enough time for changes to settle or produce results before throwing the next curveball.
