Pros: Package, WFH, Work Flexibility, Work-Life Balance if you are under an appropriate manager or project, Notice Period.
Cons: Constant firing, heavy stress if you are not in the right project, poor work-life balance if you are in an incorrect project. Shifting to another project or domain is a highly painful task. Extreme slow growth since company culture runs on favoritism.
