The interview process was very quick and precise. It was also well-organized compared to most companies these days, where panels sometimes don't show up or seem indifferent to the interview process.
There were three other members on the panel besides the hiring manager.
- The first interviewer asked specific questions about data migration strategy, Big Data, SQL/NoSQL databases, and new initiatives, as well as relevant experience with these technologies.
- The second interviewer focused on business system analysis, data modeling, and situational analysis.
- The third interviewer covered ETL, architecture, SQL, and process design.

Pros: 1. Don't expect anything more than free "fruities", biscuits, etc.
2. Work From Home option
Cons: Worked as AWF (contractual) for PayPal. Discriminating atmosphere.
Secret meetings and work allocation to permanent employees. Monotonous, mundane works assigned to AWFs.
Loyal employees (full-time) treated well, even though they are technically poor and get things done through AWFs.
Third-party vendor not at all concerned with employees' career growth.
Left the parent and client company in 2 years.

Pros: - Talented people
- Up to date with technology
- Lot of good teams
- Reasonable pay and benefits
- Smart tools and processes to run the business
Cons: - A lot of politics. Managers don't work with each other for the company's success.
- Because of these politics, every day there is a new strategy and direction.
- Too many reorgs, most of them are meaningless.
- Lack of opportunities to grow because of politics.
- Don't get to change your field/role.
- Not an environment to grow and thrive.
