Cons: Management is unaware of what Engineers are working on. Politics. Hard to grow.

Pros: Good folks to work with, good work-life balance.

Pros: - Good company. Very open, very collaborative. - Gives flexibility on thoughts as long as they like it.

Cons: - VERY BAD politics. It's on every org. You are warned if you are going into this company; make sure you know what you are getting into. - They don't really care about your technical ability, rather if you are good with your upper management or leadership (AKA if you kiss their #@#), then you're good. - Managers aren't technically strong. They just have been there for a long time. - Managers don't have a say on the candidates; upper management does even though they don't directly work with the candidates. - This is the company where you are evaluated on the basis of what your upper management thinks of your work or amount of effort you put in.
