We had scheduled a screening call for a week and a half in advance. I spent a lot of time preparing, researching the company, the position, and their product. In other words, I spent a considerable amount of time.

However, just before the scheduled call, the recruiter canceled it without any explanation. They simply disregarded all the time I had spent preparing for the interview. I reached out to the recruiter but received no response.

I consider this approach to their work to be extremely irresponsible, especially when representing such a prominent company as PayPal.

There were no questions. No one contacted me.
