A contact within the company referred me for an opening, so initial conversations were 1:1 with the hiring manager.
I then had a follow-on interview with several of her team members and later a call with HR. I think because it was an employee referral, the initial HR screening may have been skipped.
We quickly parted ways once we got to a salary discussion, but it seems like a good company to work for.
