Pros: No pros to join here.

Cons: There is no day I was happy working here. I truly regret why I joined here, leaving my previous company. Heavy toxic culture and internal politics. No equality for female employees. There is a way too much discrimination and bullying. No professionalism is followed in meetings. If someone is in a higher role, they will bully you and pull you into any context in meetings. No one has empathy and they completely drain you with workloads. I don't know about other teams, but especially in my team, I am suffering with a very bad tech lead who is literally a micromanaging person with zero professionalism.

Pros: Working at scale, impacting millions of people.

Cons: Culture struggled to keep pace with the growth.

Pros: - Good initial package. - Many tools to help in work. - Flexible timing.

Cons: - No concern towards employee development. - Knowledge stagnancy, no market value increase for employee. - Too much politics. - No work-life balance.
