Aptitude + technical test, then shortlist. The interviewers mostly asked to explain your projects. They also asked some puzzles.

I applied through college/university. The first round was a coding round. The time limit was 75 minutes, and the code was to be written in a compiler provided by the test portal. Results have not yet been announced.
