Pros: Great work-life balance. My team was nice for the most part. The work was pretty fun, with lots of cool JavaScript initiatives. But over time, I wanted a change. A really great place to work for a JavaScript engineer looking for work-life balance.
Cons: Sometimes a bit slow-paced, but other times it felt a bit underwhelming. The promotion structure is not favorable, mostly based on seniority.
