Great work-life balance. My team was nice for the most part. The work was pretty fun, with lots of cool JavaScript initiatives. But over time, I wanted a change. A really great place to work for a JavaScript engineer looking for work-life balance.
Sometimes a bit slow-paced, but other times it felt a bit underwhelming. The promotion structure is not favorable, mostly based on seniority.
I cold-applied to a job posting; however, my resume was targeted to the posting. This allowed me to get a follow-up. The interview process went like this: * 1 recruiter screen * 1 combined technical/behavioral screen * 4 tech screens, 1 HM sc
Questions included Java Data structure, CSS, Java Scripts. On Java, questions were related to spell checker implementation, Hash Map implementation, Binary tree, etc.
The recruiter called to ask for my availability. They talked about this position's responsibilities and then told me to take a coding evaluation.
