Pros: PTO, work-life balance is great if you’re on a team that does nothing.
Cons: It was great my first two years, then we went through a million reorgs, and the management in my department was abysmal. Nothing got done. He didn’t know how to manage or do anything. Teammates worked hard, but things were never released.

Pros: You get complete freedom to implement your stuff, and your ideas are always encouraged. I joined as an RCG and was treated quite well in the team.
