Pros: They give decent pay for an internship.

Cons: You cannot choose projects based on your preference.

Pros: Gives you the opportunity to demonstrate your talent. Location and work-life balance improved.

Cons: It's the worst company to work with. Managers' favoritism. Lot of politics internal to the team. Managers have no insight into project work. Many things are hidden from employees by management. Low-graded tools and working on below-quality processes. They ask you to change the system. When you try to do so, you get offense from all sides. Stay away from this company. Many times, I've heard of small layoffs.

Pros: Good working nature and supportive.

Cons: Culture events are less to celebrate.
