Process
I submitted my resume online and received an email the next day. About a week later, a phone interview was set up.
The person called from California. He talked very quickly about the job, stating there would be three technical interviews on the phone after this one. If I made it through that, they would bring me onsite for a day of interviews. Then he jumped right into the questions.
The questions were all coding questions. We talked through them, and it was difficult due to my limited coding experience. I could tell pretty quickly this was not a fit.
