Process

I had the first round of interview with the Manager for about 45 to 50 minutes. After three weeks, I had the second round of interview with one of the developers.

It was an online coding test, mostly concentrating on JavaScript and one question involving algorithms and data structures. The next business day, I received an email from the Talent Acquisition team asking me to come onsite for an interview.

The onsite interview lasted about four and a half hours with approximately five minutes of break. It primarily involved whiteboard coding and tested my skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It also included some problem-solving and puzzle-type questions.

The final round of onsite interview was with the Manager, which went on for about an hour and fifteen minutes.

The only negative aspect of the whole process was that, after investing so much effort and time in traveling and preparing for the interview, PayPal did not provide any feedback. Two days after the onsite interview, I received an email stating they were considering other applicants for this position. However, they did not offer any feedback from the interview panel despite my repeated emails.
