The company has grown so fast it's lost sight of what it should be focused on
Good salary ranges and benefits, quite a few good people, and it's always great to be part of a successful enterprise.
It has become very political. Hidden agendas and empire-building abound. It is unclear if new leadership has what it takes to right the ship.
Focus on the customer. Demand visibility. Squash political animals. Reacquaint yourself with those things called "the eBay values", and live them.
