Overall, it's a decent place to work
Over the years, I've received opportunities to grow as I am still quite motivated to climb the corporate ladder. Compensation is considered above average for a typical public company, and my organization truly values a high level of management skills.
The company goes through endless and frequent restructuring, which creates a great deal of distraction for the employees. At the end of the day, there are only so many different ways to reorganize the company.
Eliminate management levels. Manage hiring and resources better. Create an environment that embraces innovation along with ownership. Continue to value customer satisfaction.
