Lots of resources, good pay, leading MNC in the fintech industry. Great people to work with.
The employee assessment program needs reworking. It seems to be promoting bad behavior among teams, causing everyone to continuously compete with each other and within the same team. It gets very toxic every now and then.
Focus on promoting collaboration, cooperation, and communication within teams. It's okay to have employees that don't exceed your expectations, as long as they do their expected jobs.
