I have been working at PayPal (through DXC) for almost a year. It's one of my dream companies. I really love their culture and benefits. It's an employee-friendly company, with no doubts about that. Onshore team members are highly supportive. I have 7 years of experience but have never been happy with any of my employers in my career. PayPal is entirely different among them. It has a great culture, with the latest technology. You can attend a lot of training sessions, which keeps you up to date, and KT sessions with buffet and beers (I've never seen a company do that). It's really chill; you can blindly join PayPal as you grow financially and technically.
Only a few onshore team members are difficult to handle.
They think they always have more knowledge than the people working in Chennai. That's fine, but not all people are like that. Only a few are like that.
Nothing.
