Good benefits, nice people, decent pay.
Poor management, completely disorganized, no real plan for growth.
4 rounds of interviews, all on Zoom. The entire process took about 5 weeks. Round 1: Recruiter Round 2: Hiring Manager Round 3: Technical interview Round 4: Five back-to-back interviews with members of the team.
Very lengthy interviews, repeating the same questions to 6 different teams. Asking unreliable and unrelated QA questions to the candidate. I'm not sure what went wrong, but there was no offer at the end. I would suggest they do a panel interview goin
Easy interviews considering the high prestige of the company. They asked about previous projects, languages that I know, and asked basic array coding questions. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
