From what I can see in software engineering and product (these are the people I work with most), office culture is really good. The company definitely isn't a startup anymore, but you still get to wear many hats. Software management and senior leadership are super attentive and helpful.

Needs more senior expertise and leadership in some technical areas. Needs more technical hobbies and interests among coworkers. Currently, the majority of the team is API engineers or Android/iOS engineers.
It started with a recruiter call, then they scheduled a phone call, a coding round, and a manager call. They are pretty quick in following up, scheduling the next call, and communicating about the interview process.
Recruiter call: ~15 min. Technical round: ~1 hour. BQ round: ~1 hour. Possible 4th round, but didn't make it due to their position being filled. Overall clear communications and invested interest from the interviewers.
