I had one call with the hiring manager, and then I was flown out for an all-day on-site interview.
During the interviews, I was asked vague architectural questions and general questions about what type of manager I would be. From my perspective, and from the reactions I received from my interviewers, I left with the feeling that I had nailed the interview.
The following week, I received an email (not a phone call) telling me I was not receiving an offer. I replied asking for feedback and was ignored. All of my subsequent emails requesting feedback have also been ignored, which I not only find to be unprofessional but disrespectful as well.
