I took a Karat coding test but did not make it to the next round. The coding test itself was easy, and they provided ample time. However, I had not practiced enough in-person interviews to pass the Karat interview.

Pros: - It's surprising, but their tech is probably one of the cleanest and most innovative I've come across. Everyone is very talented.
- Good career growth.
- Nice amenities and culture.
- Diverse.
- Good hiring bar.
- Good work-life balance.
- Management is transparent. The CEO is very active with everyone.
Cons: I left because it wasn't a product I enjoyed using personally. It appeals to specific kinds of people.
Apparently, there were a lot of politics going on, but I wasn't aware or affected by it.
I'm not sure where this company will go.
The co-founding team is still relatively inexperienced.
