Process
The phone screen consisted of LeetCode hard problems. None of the prep material they sent suggested anything near that level of difficulty.
The interviewer was nice and helpful, but I didn't make much progress.

I really love it here
Software Engineer • Current Employee
San Francisco, California, United States
December 22, 2015
Pros: We get paid to build Pinterest. How great is that?
Company caters to those who prefer action over discussion. Impressive office spaces, brilliant and interesting colleagues, flexible work policy, fun product.
Culture really is something else here – I feel like Pinterest genuinely cares about me as a person.
Cons: Some things change quickly – that's the nature of a small/medium-sized company. None of these changes have been for the worse, in my opinion.
