Company caters to those who prefer action over discussion. Impressive office spaces, brilliant and interesting colleagues, flexible work policy, fun product.
Culture really is something else here – I feel like Pinterest genuinely cares about me as a person.
Some things change quickly – that's the nature of a small/medium-sized company. None of these changes have been for the worse, in my opinion.
Thanks for making Pinterest such an enjoyable place to work. I couldn't be more proud to be a Pinployee.
