Process

I applied for the new grad software engineering position online. Overall, it was a really good experience.

The recruiter was a little slow in responding to emails, but I figured she just didn't have feedback from the engineers/hiring manager.

I completed an initial coding challenge with Karat. Right after I finished it, I received an invitation to do a video/phone interview.

The video interview had three parts and was quite long to read, but overall it was LeetCode medium, and all parts built on top of each other. Karat is really nice because if you don't think you did well, you can ask for a re-do.

After Karat, you will have a 15-minute interview with your recruiter.

After the recruiter call, then it's the onsite interview, where you will need to do four data structures/algorithms typed interviews. All my interviewers were really nice and helpful!

The onsite did feel really rushed, as I didn't have an allocated time to eat lunch and had to eat while I was doing the interview.

I heard back in about one week after the onsite.

Questions

Some LeetCode-style questions: lots of DFS/BFS related questions. No DP or complicated algorithms. Overall, I would say they are LC hard, medium, or easy-hard. Some questions are related to their products, but they are not too difficult either if you've done enough practice.
