Process
Had one phone interview.
They asked me to talk about my resume and explain hash tables, including:
- Insertion, deletion, and search time
- How rehashing affects these times
Questions
Split a sentence into words. Even though Pinterest is written in Python, they don't want you to just use Python's split function. Instead, use a lower-level language like C to take less memory.

Pros: Amazing talent, fast pace, awesome CEO, great potential in the market, cool technology stack, fun environment. Employees are well cared for.
Cons: Bad upper management (but not the CEO, he's awesome), chronic disorganization, internal politics are completely opaque, and the very young workforce lacks some degree of insight.
