Pros: Work culture is the best.

Cons: Compensation could have been better.

Pros: Good company culture, and I enjoyed working with all of the talented engineers!

Cons: Plaid has more than doubled in size since the beginning of Covid, with many organizational shifts to keep up with the growth.

Pros: - A disruptive player that is uniquely positioned within the fintech ecosystem. - I work with some of the brightest people in the Bay Area who have truly innovative ideas. - The culture encourages innovation and challenging the status quo.

Cons: An extremely difficult co-founder and CTO to work with and for. He genuinely feels that his ideas are supreme over others, micromanages, is highly abrasive, argumentative, allows very little room to negotiate, conveys a very different side during interviews in order to "close" candidates, and has "bro" tendencies. He has pushed out several great and talented people.
