First, I spoke with them on the phone. Then, I completed a basic coding challenge via Google Hangouts. After that, I was given a take-home code assignment. I spent over 12 hours on this assignment. After I turned it in, the recruiter let me know they would not be moving forward with me and provided little detail as to why.
