Process
An absolute pleasure from start to finish. I applied to about two dozen companies, and Plaid's recruitment process was far and away the best.
I was thoroughly impressed by all of the employees I interacted with and could not be more excited to start work next summer.
The process consisted of:
- A recruitment email from William (co-founder and CTO)
- An initial phone call with Chuck (Head of Talent)
- Two separate hour-long technical phone interviews
- A chat with Chuck and William at a conference in New York
- A final on-site in San Francisco
Questions
Your interviewer will ask you to share your screen via Google Hangouts. This provides for a much more organic interview experience than CoderPad, since you are able to work in whatever development environment you're accustomed to.
