After speaking with a recruiter on an initial phone call, I received a coding exercise that I completed to the specifications, including testing and commenting.

A few days later, I got a rejection email from the recruiter, who did not follow up when I asked for their reasoning.

I would not recommend applying to this company or responding to their invitations. I agree with an earlier reviewer who said that their process felt "impersonal, disorganized, and unfair."
