Pros: - Everyone is extremely humble and friendly.
- The brightest engineers that I've worked with in the valley.
- Massive scale and great economics of the business.
- Super low ego.
- Super involved founders.
Cons: - Not super well known, which is surprising given the scale and success in my opinion
- Definitely a work hard environment that is not the standard 9-5 most people assume
- Pretty cost conscious, lacking the same gourmet food and perks of some of the larger Silicon Valley companies
