- Not super well known, which is surprising given the scale and success in my opinion
- Definitely a work hard environment that is not the standard 9-5 most people assume
- Pretty cost conscious, lacking the same gourmet food and perks of some of the larger Silicon Valley companies
Focusing more on brand could help with recruiting.
