High transparency, high autonomy, an open and relaxed work culture, and a great business model
Lots of change as a growing company, and not the place to come to relax in your career.
Keep up the good work :)
It was awful. Too many steps and rejections without any reason were given. There were six or seven interviews in total. An engineer mentioned that they have a culture of overworking, but he likes it even if he doesn't have a free evening.
A recruiter reached out and set up a call with the hiring manager. The onsite followed after a few days. The experience was flawless, and I got a sense that they are building a company with a healthy culture. They also got back to me with feedback
The interview process included the following stages: * Phone screen with recruiter * Phone screen with hiring manager * SLC office onsite * SF office onsite The process was great. The recruiter always stayed in close contact and kept me in
