I applied online after seeing their snazzy website. The process took 3 days.
I heard back almost immediately, saying that they wanted to schedule an interview. I had a recruiter, who was somewhat technical, screen me the next day. I felt good about the call, and they seemed to as well. But the next day, I got a rejection. It was a terrible experience after all of that. They should just autoreject if they have too many applicants. I'm a developer, which is their core customer profile. They won't get any of my money.
