The onsite interview was at the San Francisco headquarters, structured as three back-to-back technical rounds in a single day. Communication from the HR coordinator was excellent throughout, and they were very accommodating. Lunch was provided, though the schedule didn't leave much time to eat it. The rounds covered system design, AI/ML coding, and a deeper conversation with the manager on AI training. What stood out most was that after the initial offer, the team proactively revisited the level internally and adjusted the title and compensation upward to better match the scope they felt I could own. That felt like genuine recognition rather than the outcome of negotiation tactics, and it left a strong positive impression of how the team thinks about people.
