The interview process was smooth and quick. I had discussions with the recruiter, my future manager, the manager's manager, and other engineers and stakeholders.
All the discussions were relevant to the role, focusing on my previous experience and hypothetical situations. I explained how I would handle these situations, drawing on my experience with tech leadership, people management, and strategic thinking.
