I had a very bad experience while being interviewed at Postman.

They scheduled my interview for the evening, a telephonic round. I had to take a half-day leave from my office for this, but the interviewer did not arrive on time, and I was not informed about this beforehand.

Secondly, when the interview finally happened, the interviewer had very limited knowledge about distributed systems and was also very adamant about his views. He asked me a question about sharding, and I mentioned that shards can be added dynamically to the system. He disagreed, giving an example of an AWS service where he claimed this doesn't happen, implying this method doesn't exist. I was amazed by his reply.

Thirdly, I eventually received a rejection email and asked for feedback from the recruiter. I emailed her and called her, asking for feedback thrice, but received no response.
