Interviewers are zoned out when talking to candidates. Although they get a clear picture of your work experience and the kind of work you've done, they struggle to move candidates forward. The hiring team invites you for a job level that you never applied for.
They keep hurrying candidates to finish the interview process, and the worst part is you never know what went wrong. Although you do well, you might still get rejected.
There are zero principles on evaluating candidates and seeing their prospective to fit in the roles. I’ve seen better interview processes in similar companies. Avoid this.
