I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months.
The interview process consisted of three stages:
The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and was very persistent in scheduling the discussion with the hiring manager. The conversation with the manager was informal, positive, and focused on my background and how my experience could contribute to the team at Postman. The technical assignment itself was fairly straightforward.
However, I ultimately received negative feedback. Unfortunately, the team did not provide any details about what aspects of my submission fell short or why I was not invited to proceed to the next stage. Overall, the lack of transparency at the final step made the experience disappointing for me.
Tell me about yourself.
