I had four stages, each about an hour long (no take-home project).

The recruiter worked directly with me to find the best time for each interview and was really helpful with questions I had between stages. Communication was always quick, friendly, and clear.

Each interview was relaxed, with a little introduction from each side followed by a conversation or collaborative exercise. Some questions can be expectedly tough, but the focus is clearly on how you arrive at and communicate an answer, more than the answer itself.

Interviewers were always happy to answer questions, and their answers felt genuine, not just trying to sell you the company or role.
