Pros

For some reason, the brand still holds value in the market. Pay can be decent if you negotiate hard before joining, provided the company wants you badly enough.

Cons

A complex political web spans every corner of the company. Dissent is effectively squashed, and the two-faced, backstabbing nature of work makes third-world dictatorships look like heaven. In exchange for getting paid, you are expected to close your eyes and follow marching orders into the most contrived, nonsensical situations imaginable.

Advice to Management

Replace the CEO with someone who has actual cross-functional depth and industry experience. This is the only feasible option to turn Postman's fortunes around.
